Cards, Gifts, Indoor and Outdoor Decor

May we suggest for…
Father’s Day~June We’ve got warm and funny cards. And warm and fuzzy socks. Dad might like a new barbecue, a outdoor fire pit, Seattle Sombrero, bocce, horseshoes, blueberry plants, gro-lights or a Weed Dragon. Fill up his BBQ propane tank for a real hug.
July Fourth~ We’ll be stocked with flower power for your summer pots and beds, straw for 4th of July activities (or mulching), picnic table linens and patio torches, and fresh local produce for your potlucks. We’d love to meet your out-of-town guests earlier or later in the week. We’re closed on the 4th! Get your propane by Tuesday!
Easter~ Spring flowers like pansies, violas, tulips and ranunculus. Baskets of potted herbs. Hand  painted decorative eggs. Armloads of the softest stuffed bunnies. Easter baskets and tiny farm toys. Spring tablecloths and candles. Fresh eggs. Our fresh  local produce, breads and jams.
Passover~beginning April ~ Cards, candles, bitter herbs and eggs for Seder.
Earth Day~April  Reuse something or plant. Take a walk. Enjoy this earth. No need to shop.
Mother’s Day~May  Flowers naturally. But maybe a pair of Bog boots? Or seed packets, gardening gloves or a Hori Hori, a hand tool favorite. Some of our moms look forward to a Bay Hay gift Certificate and a dispensation from entertaining all day long so she can garden all day long. Hey…. How about giving her a full chick card you might have floating around?
School’s Out~ For teacher appreciation….flowers from your garden or our nursery, veggie starts, seed packets in a thank you card. A Bay Hay gift certificate? Really, the “thank you “s what counts.
Graduation~BHS  Our cards aren’t the normal types…they’re special, just like your graduate is to you. From years of experience, they like going off into the world in a brand  new Bay Hay hoody or a pair of Smart Wool socks. Guaranteed.
Memorial Day~observed Monday in May , Thirty three years ago when we started Bay Hay, we sold oodles of red geraniums for graves and Memorial Day get-togethers. Now it’s anything flowering, veggie starts, our rustic picnic furniture, and propane for the BBQ. We close on Monday to remember loved ones and veterans. Hope you too, have a moment to relax, garden, play with family and friends, share memories.
